    What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%? How about achieving 103%? Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

    But,

    Sorry I missed this post, I was out partying on my 18th birthday. :D

    I will soon register to vote and then go out to get a dri--DAMN, that doesn't come for another three years!

    Yes, almost five years... feels like yesterday... okay, not that recent. Maybe the day before yesterday... or last week. Whatever, it certainly doesn't feel like five years!

    And April birthdays rule because they're not too close to or too far away from Christmas. Presents on two ends of the year.

    February is my least favorite month, and I'm glad I wasn't born on February 29th. That, along with December 25th, is the worst day to be born on.

    Now that I have lots of money, it's time to buy a longer overdue Gamecube! I asked for it for Christmas of 2002 and 2003 (since I got a PS2 in 2001), but now I can get it myself without waiting for Christmas! So, what games do you guys most recommend? For now, I can probably only afford one game.
