Dude, you're listing Keanu Reeves fer cryin' out loud. Rowan Atkinson is a comedy genius! I take it by that comment that you've never seen Black Adder or the Mr. Bean tv series.

Well it is favourites, and despite what people say, Reeves is a great actor, and was so in Matrix series(and Replacements, and I put it up there because it is my second favourite football movie behind Any Given Sunday). Er, more so that Mr. Bean was running around with a Christmas turkey over his head anyways...(in drama last year we watched Mr. Bean a lot when we were taking mime).

Keanu Reeves is a terrible actor. Now he's cool and all in real life and I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he can't do the acting thing at all. Hell he can barely even do the action thing.

Well I can't think of anybody better to play Neo in The Matrix, my favourite movie series, so that's what makes him great.

PLUS, he was a goalie for a major junior team in Ottawa. No small feat by any means (about 1 or 2% of hockey players growing up will be good enough to play major junior). If he can do that and be one of the biggest names in Hollywood, then of course he'll be my favourite. :)

    Rolleyes

He couldn't act his way out of a bag. He was lackluster at best in the Matrix II. He's only good for the part because he's kind of a shady, quiet guy by natural disposition.

Special props to Tim Curry too...I used to hate him, but I've come to enjoy seeing him in movies. He's never had any grand dramatic roles, but those he's had (in Home Alone 2, Muppet Treasure Island, Scary Movie 2, It...) have all been well enough. And he's arrogant, weird voice and personality...love it.

Probably, he's done a lot of low-brow, low-income projects too. Like that lame Titanic movie that came out coincidentally after James Cameron's.

Rooney: Drew Barrymore wasn't in Sleepy Hollow, that was Christina Ricci.

Quote:He's only good for the part because he's kind of a shady, quiet guy by natural disposition.

    Indubidably.

Oh, and Tim Curry played the excellent role as Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the Rocky Horror Picture Show, thereby invariably rendering him an awesome actor.
