Clash of the titans...it all comes down to this...we all KNOW that Leslie Nielsen is better...Naked Gun films, his work hosting the Three Stooges, Spy Hard...

...on the other hand, there's that annoying idiot who starred with the fat black woman in that lousy 'House' movie.

Steve Martin? Isn't he in a lot of bad 'comedies'? Naked Gun was funny... :)

    *tsk tsk*

    You poor, uneducated fools.

Check out these great Steve Martin movies before you bash him:

    -Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
    -The Jerk
    -Bowfinger
    -L.A. Story
    -Roxanne
    -Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid

Yeah he's funny. He's a bunch of wild and crazy guy.

And yes, that house movie DID suck utterly and completely without abandon. Just the previews alone were enough to make me hate it's very conception. Nice way to totally spread negative stereotypes and make people think it's somehow SHOCKING for a white man to date a black woman. The movie itself is a lot more biggoted than Darunia.

Just watching previews of that movie makes me seriously wonder how anyone could possibly find it funny...

Yeah that movie looked really dumb.

But Steve Martin has done some incredibly funny movies before. Watch Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, my personal fave.

Well since you're the one trying to make us like Steve Martin, why don't you rent them and sent them to us?

*Goron troops smash the armies of the Steve Martin Confederacy. His forces are routed from the field; as general Leslie Nielsen, riding backwards on a horse and yelling hilarious one-liners, charges into battle to victory*

*In abdication of Steve Martin, Darunia crowns Leslie Nielsen the unequestioned King of the Two Comedians. Also, Steve Martin and all his fans are forever banned from the planet Earth, and Steve Martin is barred from ever making another movie.*

    *End War*

Prime Time Glick annoys me beyond reason. I mean, the people on that show act SO mad at him! That's either stupid because it shows how idiotic the actors are (yeesh, if I were ever invited on ANY show I'd be sure to at least watch an episode of it), OR (and this is FAR more likely) it's all scripted anger and that annoys me even more! It's just so... celebrity humor, the WORST kind, because it looses it's funny when a new generation comes around who doesn't get the jokes (for instance, I have no idea why a lot of those old Hollywood looney toons are funny), or in my case, when someone who doesn't know who any of those stars are watches it. "Yeah Mr Jock McClintock, I get ya, to the final hour!" *audience laughs at what is apparently a joke about that actor's latest movie* It just makes me want to explode this whole reality. Nah, better globe trotter it up a notch. Make it an IMplosion.

I don't hate Martin Short, but I don't like him. Sort of a guarded neutrality, one might say. But I don't at all care for his Glick show.

Well in the interest is not provoking a fight, since you like him so much, I'll say that I've never intently watched it, so I'll retract my comments.

I bought a DVD of the best of Prime Time Glick, very funny stuff.

Excerpt from fake Behind the Sitcoms commercial: Mary Tyler Moore made you feel real good inside, but Malcavich [Malcavich in the Middle] makes you feel real BAD inside. Like really, horendously depressed.

There was only one Spy Hard movie. You're referring to the Naked Gun trilogy.
