we need tendocity.net back

I was talking to ApocX on AIM the other day and he had no idea that TC is now located at tcforums.com. He probably thought the place had vanished. Now how many other former posters might have tried to come back here but since tendocity.net does not lead to this place, gave up instead? We really need tendocity.net back.

I still am wondering why he got a new one instead of reusing the old one. From what ABF says there was some liscensing issue, and from that I can only guess that the domain name wasn't assigned to Weltall so much as it was to the domain server he was using then and he has to wait for it to expire from them before he can get it assigned to this server. Do I have it totally wrong?

It was some sort of contract thing with the server that was beyond Weltalls control, and I'm not sure if it has cleared up yet or not.

What of tendocity.com? I haven't been there in a while...

Yeah, tendocity.net is owned by weltall... but some contract thing happened and he lost control of it until the yearlong liscence runs out, when he can get tendocity.net back as a redirect at least.

I just don't know when the last liscence runs out... but I thought it was sooner than it seems to be. :)
