I have to finish unlocking everything in Brawl first...and find some extra money. Why did Nintendo have to release two great games in such a short amount of time? Wait, did I actually just complain about that?

I don't see what the problem is. It's not like not being able to buy it is any different then it not being available for other reasons. Just wait and treat the day you buy it like it "just came out", because for you, it did.

I hear online matches are much smoother and don't take like 10 minutes to drop you into a match (if at all), a vast improvement over Br- oh shit, I hope this doesn't incite an argument.
Anyway, I'd like to try this game solely to see how much the online experience has improved over Brawl. And yes, I concede that Nintendo's online framework is far from the best - no arguments here.
Yeah, the online is really smooth and you can easily go from one mode to other without any problems. I didn't notice any lag either in the rounds that I played.
I've never had problems with lag in Brawl, but it does take an insanely long time to start a match. Wailing on the sandbag is only fun for about 5 seconds. From what I've heard Mario Kart is much better.
