Um... For the record I'll say it's rather clear that ABF not only has admitted defeat quite clearly, but has ALSO partaken in one of my favorite forms of comedy, self depricating humor. From what I can tell, ABF is saying he lost because he made a stupid mistake, and also wondering what may have happened if he didn't. That's what people do after a game, analyze where they went wrong and see what they can do next time to win. From what I can tell, it's pretty clear ABF knows full well it's his fault he lost as much as it's OB1's "fault" he won the game (after all, the winning party does have some part in determining the loser, am I right?).

That is true, but I was also commenting on the kind of game that Connect Four is. While it's not quite as bad as tic-tac-toe, it's along those lines in regards to winning -- if you play perfectly you'll probably tie most times you play, I think. The result was up in the air and I messed up so I lost, as usually happens in Connect Four. You have to wonder how well two computers would do at this game if they never messed up... would either one ever win? :)

I'm not so sure it's exactly that bad... Well, maybe... I dunno... Tic-Tac-Toe is a stupid game though, I think we can all admit that despite how long it's survived (for whatever reason), it's a very flawed game. Huh, maybe if it was in 3... or maybe 5 dimensions...
Oh and, last I checked when someone says "the reason I lost is because you basically trapped me and I screwed up", well, if you can take that as anything other than A:, admission of defeat, B: determining WHY they were defeated and C: (in a terse way) basically complimenting your opponent for a jorb well done, I gotta wonder about ya....
