One, rescind the philibuster rule. Two, increase the number of supreme court justinces. Three, appoint them. Four, overturn the overturned rulings.
That is the only plan of action that will actually work. And yes, if the republicans actually gain power again (which if the democrats actually can deliver on this, will be less likely, but if they can't, will be more likely, because results are all that matters, not the means by which they are attained) then they will do the exact same thing back at us. Even if that happens, the end result is that more lives are saved and we buy ourselves a few more years of time until then.
Heck, Biden should just issue as many executive orders as he can. Ones within Presidential authority and ones OUTSIDE presidential authority. The latter will fail in court. In the mean time, while that long court battle goes on, more lives will be saved. Fight the losing battle, but FIGHT IT. Rage, RAGE against the dying of the light!
