I got these because they were there and quite interesting, even though I don't currently have a 5 1/4" floppy drive. Now I have to get one even more than before (because of my old 5 1/4" disks from the early '90s that I'd love to check again)...
PC (all 5 1/4" floppy disk games from the '80s)

James Clavell's Shogun - $15, complete - This game looks like it's mostly an adventure game, but also partially an action game and partially a simulation. Or something. This game sells for this much on ebay. One disk. Of these games though, this has a VERY thin manual, weak stuff compared to the others. It has CGA and EGA support. - game not listed on IGN
The Ancient Art of War - $15, complete. This game was a highly-regarded title when it released and it's mostly a strategy game, so it's the one of these I'm the most interested in playing. One disk. Comes with a big thick manual and a nice registration card, plus an add for Prodigy. :p This is a decent price for the game, ebay seems to be slightly higher. Graphics are CGA only on PC... ick.
Thomas M. Disch's Amnesia - $15, complete. This is a text adventure game from EA. It's in their very cool 'record album-like' boxes they used in the mid '80s. I'd never owned one of these before.. neat. Two disk game, with manual and a map of New York you'll surely need. This looks ambitious for a text adventure. And if it's a modern-day mystery, why get a writer advertised on the box as a sci-fi writer? Huh. This sells on ebay for more than I paid, I don't see complete copies there for less than $30.
The President is Missing - $5, complete - This is an adventure game from Cosmi. It come with a half-hour audio cassette with some background info and stuff. Unlike the above, this game does have graphics. It's got CGA and EGA support, and is a two disk game. And it looks like this sells online for well over what I paid, too. - game not listed on IGN

Steel Harbinger - complete. This would have been $10, too much for this game, but it was free with the other purchases and this game looks amusing, so I picked it up. It's a top-ish-view run & gun-styled shooter.
