While early education may boost IQ scores temporarily, a person's IQ rarely changes much over their lifetime even with years of education. And I also question the average IQ of 78 since that is borderlining on mental retardation.
Well the IQ issue is in despute , Really if that were true then african americans are statiscally less inteligent, But that would be out of the question I have met alot of exceptionally bright black people.
If you were taught and brain washed into believing alot of bogus shit and taught that "doubting and questioning" is apostasy and condemnable by stoning denied and essential education , Your test scores might end up pretty low compared to other people.
If they were given the right education and studying I am sure it would rise to a normal IQ.
There was a austistic women on a recent CNN documentary that was originally classified as a IQ of 20 , But once she got the ability to communicate and type out her thoughts she was remeasured as 130.
Places were the education levels are greatly ahead of north america such as "korea" generally score higher IQs levels.
I think early mental stimulation and constant challenging of the mind do help raise the IQ in the long run. Otherwise basically your fucked and your nothing you can do about it so dont try ! Is what your saying?
Just because your IQ is 140 or higher doesnt make you super man or the master marvel.
Einstein just because he has been given the title worlds smartest man doesnt mean he was a expert on everything like alot folks mistakenly think.
Alot of the old held views on the brain have changed, Now it is proven that adults can grow new brain cells and the old belief that after childhood what you got is what you get is in question.
Certainly having brain damage and broken circuitry would hold you back.
