I think everyone will agree the camera was not good at all. I got used to it and eventually didn't even notice it, because my standards are so low I still compare every camera system to Mario 64's for some odd reason.
Kingdom Hearts, after you level up a bunch, has some pretty complex strings of moves. There isn't much variety in the strategies you can use, but near the end, especially against bosses, the added moves really let you use a lot of strategy. Namely, a decent variety of defensive moves.
Advancing it like it looks like they are doing in KH2 will be great. I would like to see a lot more options for defending and magic casting. It seems like you can actually combine magic and attacks, which is nice. What I'd like to see is a large number of defensive moves that can be used in various situations in combat. Roll, guard, timed attack, and flying just aren't enough.
The controls and camera are being solved at once it seems.
