Thing is, I don't care that Nintendo thinks it's just a 3rd pillar (and no, they don't think that, which is why, from what I've heard, it'll be GBA compatible). It's what the BUYER thinks it is that matters. They will think it's the new Gameboy. They won't think of it as a 3rd unrelated market just because Nintendo tells them to. I don't even think that. Seriously, Nintendo must consider us idiots to buy into this whole "3rd pillar" thing.
I'll only add this. Why two screens again? I can think of many things an added screen can do, but not a single one of them is something that merely having a larger screen with the same size as the two screens put together can't do.
