Neutrality is cool in some cases, like organizational-conflict-diplomacy, but man, I could never be completely apathetic. My ranting is kind of innate, like in Duckman, but you know, I'm not a complete pervert (I'm an incomplete one?).
You know what I'm not neutral about? Arrested Development and Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Friends. What do all these have in common? They're all television shows that I've either never seen, or have seen it and don't get it. And what springs from this, as a result of all their hype? An irrational dissatisfaction with something I've never even experienced. So whenever they come up in conversation, I always answer with some kind of scowl or sarcastic comment. Actually, I've never said anything bad about Arrested Development, but only because Paul Fieg is in charge of it somehow, and I read his book "Kick Me" and it was one of the funniest books I've ever read... I swear, I'm not making this up just because the three AD kids will jump me after Tendo City public school district #118.
But, I digress. Neutrality. Yes, indeed. Not hot or cold. So-and-so. It's a good middle ground to have. Living in extremes is confusing.
