Hasn't changed much...
Though of course when I'm running games (or other applications other than the four things in the taskbar), I go through Tabworks like usual. :) (as you might be able to tell, though, I don't use the Tabworks quicklink sidebar, given how out of date those links are...)
Too bad it doesn't capture the mouse cursor, I like my Guild Wars cursor I've been using for most of the past year... :)
