OB1 you haven't ever seen an Afterburner in action, have you? You always talk about the blue tint like it destroys the game completely, but I've never seen it. Ever. And while Billy said the new GBA's screen was better than a screen with an Afterburner (and it better be, since this is first party), he said there wasn't a huge difference and you probably wouldn't want to bother getting a new GBA if you already had one with a working Afterburner.

Yes I've seen a GBA with an afterburner. One of my brother's friends got one not too long ago, and he showed it to me last month. It was pretty good, but I did notice a slight blue tint. But I'm pretty sensitive to that sort of thing, so most people probably won't be bothered by it. My floodlight does do a better job at illuminating, although it make the GBA less portable. And I never suggested that the blue tint destroys the games. It just kind of annoys me. Just a bit.

There ya go. I also mentioned in this very thread that those pictures don't look exactly like the afterburner does in person. Now why would I say that if I haven't seen one myself? And does that sound like I'm biased against the Afterburner?

And I'm not angry with Nintendo or jealous of anyone with a GBA SP. I'm perfectly happy with my GBA- not that I even play it much.

Well you certainly get defensive whenever anyone says something against the afterburner.
