-Some of the best Star Wars novels out there.

Jedi Academy Trilogy/Kevin J. Anderson
-An excellent trilogy about Luke setting up a Jedi academy on Yavin.

Vector Prime/R. A. Salvator
-Only a one-shot book by one of the masters of fantasy, but it's really good.
