Not to nit-pick your post...actually, yeah I'm nit-picking it, but IQ has nothing to do with education. While early education may boost IQ scores temporarily, a person's IQ rarely changes much over their lifetime even with years of education. And I also question the average IQ of 78 since that is borderlining on mental retardation.
