In this case, this is definitely true. It's awesome. Saying "THIS IS A JOKE" would ruin it... it wouldn't be funny if it was clearly noted as fake!

"selling out"? I highly doubt that anyone paid them for that. I'm sure they did it for fun... must have taken some rescearch too, that information is pretty detailed (and all based on real facts that you can learn from looking at enough Star Wars material).
