Digging a deeper grave for yourself, I see. ... Wait, silent films had a MUSICAL SCORE? And yet they're still called SILENT? Thanks for telling me, I'd never have conceieved of such a bizarre idea without your much needed help! Yup!
Or how about this interpretation: You drop the "ABF is a moron who doesn't know anything" and figure out that I actually DO know things. So instead of assuming that that meant "ABF is an idiot", how about you assume that it meant what it ACTUALLY MEANT: I was joking!
I guess I need a smilie after everything I say that is ever supposed to be less than serious or you'll take me to mean exactly what I say... and you say that I have comprehension problems?
As far as Metropolis goes, there are several different versions... one I've heard has a more appropriate soundtrack and another one has a not as good one... and there are several different lengths of the film, all shorter than the original release (some tape has been lost)... but anything is better than nothing, obviously, for such an old film.
