Yeah, it does have some of the signs of a wishlist, but some of it sounds like stuff Nintendo has been saying too... the gyro-tech, some other secret with the hardware/controller, etc...
The thing I'd put the most doubt on is the harddrive and built-in internet, given Nintendo's opinions on such matters for years now. But the rest... definitely possible...
