Okay, humans have a tendency to laugh at other people's pain. It's a fact. But still... this doesn't to me seem like something that would evoke such a reaction. That is, unless you are a anti-Castro person who takes it as a sign of his growing age and weakness and, you hope, death sometime in the not too far future...
Why in the world would anyone want to be pro-Castro? He's one of the few true dicators left in the world, even if he's at the bottom of the threat meter, and we better laugh at his misfortunes now before there aren't anymore dictators left.
