Um... you don't make any sense, DJ... all I was saying is that it's interesting how Christianity consumed and redirected Pagan holidays after it became the main religion and it's interesting how they do that, probably to get more people to convert -- it's easier to get conversions when there are things that are familiar after all. And once those people convert they don't just forget everything they previously thought... so we get things like the birth of Jesus combined with the midwinter festival (northern Europe especially -- see Christmas trees and lights) and Saturnalia to get modern Christmas.
