I heard about this. Apparently, this guy climbed up in the shadows while the guards were distracted and snuck towards a balcony. He IS Batman! Well, Batman would have actually gotten INSIDE the building from that window, questioned someone in a very scary manner, and then disappeared while the person had one last comment just before they turned around, only to see curtains flapping in the wind :D. But, this is just as good...
