Kirby 64 was fun, it just didn't have as much replayability as its predecessors. My favorite Kirby game was Kirby Super Star, and some runners up are Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land. Pretty much all the Kirby platformers rule, as well as Dream Course and Pinball. (Okay, I actually haven't played much of Pinball, but...)
As for this new Kirby game, I'll be looking forward to it, definitely. It seems to be reusing the Nightmare in Dream Land graphics, though it doesn't really matter to me. *adds Amazing Mirror to "Must Have" list within the range of San Andreas and the new Zelda*
