Cel phone game? *looks it up* Interesting...
Why would you blame Enix? Enix always made great games, need I mention Illusion of Gaia? FFX was indeed a disappointment, but FFX-2, which I had big worries about, ended up GREAT by adding in all that nonlinearness we missed out on in FFX.
Anyway, this game, reading about it, it's actually interesting. Are you talking about that behemoth monster when you say spiro? No, that's a behemoth, very common monster in FF. It IS rather brightly colored in the screen shots I saw though. I hate that it's a cel phone exclusive though. That's completely idiotic. Listen up cel phone companies. Look at N-Gage and realize that no one will ever take a phone seriously as a game console! Best just to keep making Tetris and Pacman clones and leave it at that. Anyway, I'd certainly be mildly interested if S-E decided to port it to GBA. While it's about the most boring thing I've ever heard a game be about (seems it's about young go-getters seeking promotion in a big level company), it might end up pretty fun.
