I meant how common dislike for Arabs is these days, and how the Arabs return it which makes Americans dislike them more (and so it continues in a cycle)... especially soldiers... and when combined with abysmal training and everything else, you get Military Police who ignore the rules and intelligence officers pressing them to continue to do so...
