Nuts! Due to working for the company, he now has been brainwashed into that dastardly thing known as "understanding why they do that"! Dang it, now he's all up in defense mode as though we owe them ANYTHING beyond the money we payed to get in! You not making a profit off ticket prices? That's your problem.
