How do you know that?
The Super Gameboy was capable of full screen mode support. I know the Gameboy Player is different, but it would just have to be designed to be capable of such a thing and the game itself designed with that in mind from the start. Where did you read the Gameboy Player doesn't have that sort of support? I wouldnt' be surprised if it didn't, but it's not something unreasonable, considering the SGB long before it had such support. I know due to playing a game where I destroy invaders, possibly from space.
