No, I'm saying they should come up with their own option and leave the "normals" (that's us) alone! :D Now, when a seizure type flashing thing is put outside on a billboard, where it's pretty much forced upon the poor person and they didn't have a choice, then there's something. That's IF they were aware of it of course, because a similar thing could happen with a helicopter, and there's no way they can sue helicopter companies for OBEYING THE LAWS OF PHYSICS.

I think it's more than enough to simply warn them of it, which they do. Keep in mind that TV has NO warnings for this sort of thing. The kid may just have to find a way around it or go without.

Keep this in mind as well. It's very possible that the kid has been playing a lot of video games before this incident without any sort of side effects, and this was the first time this occured. In that case the kid and parents were willing to take the risk. Perhaps they are still willing to take the risk because most games likely won't do this. However, it's STILL a risk they are willingly taking, and if you are willing to take a risk, then you MUST be fully willing to take full responsibility of the consequences. That's what taking a risk MEANS.
