The only game they nominated that I own is Wind Waker... but I've played demos of Viewtiful Joe and Rise of Nations. Anyway my choices from this list... not playing a lot of the games and not knowing much about some won't stop me.d :D Well in most of the categories anyway.

Yeah, I don't know either...

Rookie Studio of the Year
• RISE OF NATIONS - great game by a great designer...

Um, of them I've only played a little of Wario Ware so I don't know... but if I was to make an arbitrary choice I'd say KOTOR... :)
