You're right, post-16 bit Shiny has had only a few unmitigated successes (such as MDK, which is a great game)... but still more was expected from them... in this case as we've said it's the other way around though, with an unproven team instead of one that slipped. Let's hope that Nintendo's purchase of this company was because they saw something the rest of us didn't from their talent, because that track record does not inspire confidence. The game still definitely sounds interesting, but I want to see more... the fact that Nintendo owns them should help a lot though because they always are a big help to their second parties.
