Erm... select them and delete them, like in a Windows folder (holding shift to select a straight list or control to select each file...)? Or rebuild the list.

What do you mean 'duplicates'? Why would you have the same file twice, did you add the same folder to your list more than once? Oh, there is an option that is suggested, if you don't have it on. Preferences - Options - Sort Files on Load, and set the option on top to Read Files on Load.. Very helpful. With that on when you add a folder to your playlist it'll autosort and read and not make you scroll through it... then it's easy to remake a playlist if deleting individual songs is too hard. :)
