I'm pretty sure Xbox is 32-bit since the Pentium it uses is hardly modified at all. GameCube is 64-bit for sure. 64-bit processors have just started taking hold in the consumer PC market with the Apple/IBM G5 and the AMD Opteron so it probably will be a while before we see a 128-bit processor.
