Fuel is the reason I never equip anything above a Frame HP 10. Suppose I'll need better eventually. And upgrading is EXPENSIVE. 
Had over 100,000G just before Babel down to 10,000G left after upgrades. Are their any items that restore fuel? Even if its a ten hour side quest it would be worth it. Tho I seem to be lost in Babel tower, good for leveling bad for advancing in the story. Finding the repair gear was a Godsend tho. :) After I get done with this can I return to Kisrev to hunt Hob Gobs in the sewers? One of Ellys multihit fire attacks results in 4 Hob Steaks. Worth mucho money. Tho I wonder if I could get back to the countryside near Lohan, Hob Gobs are pretty common there.
