Hahahaha, perhaps. I've found that you CAN make this battle impossible. When you have Rico in the Kislev sewers, you can use his Gear's Frame HP. Using it too many times will suck his fuel dry, and you'll never have an opportunity to restore it before that series of boss battles, rendering Stier completely useless and making Weltall the only combatant... and Weltall can't do it alone, as Stier is a lot stronger.

However, that aside, there are battles that are FAR harder than the five Geblers and Dominia.

I'll give you a hint to save you a shitload of frustration: Save every Mica and Ground item you come across (you'll get a bunch of Mica in the next dungeon btw), because when you fight Ramsus and Miang next time, you'll need them desperately. I didn't know that, and I was stuck there for a long time.
