Hmm... that's actually a pretty easy fight. Did you get all the Gear upgrades in the shop right next to the save point? 5100 HP, top engine, the works?

Did you make it far enough in that gauntlet to get Rico? I found once he joins you, you really can't lose. Also remember to equip the Frame HP 30 on Weltall, and that Stier has a Frame HP 50 already equipped. You'll find those under "Special Options" in battle.

I'm a bit perplexed, because that string of bosses was MUCH harder the last time you had to face them... and Redrum was really nasty.
