When we resolve things it's usually not just because we're fed up with the subject, it's because we find common ground on the issue. Big difference!

And you're both right. Sometimes we just agree to disagree, sometimes we're just tired of arguing... but more often than you think, we find common ground and agree on something in the middle, eventually. You never stick around to see that, DJ, so you wouldn't know... but it happens all the time!

Now admittedly you didn't go out and say "Emulation is evil!", but you did say something that got a reaction from ABF, and don't try to tell us that you didn't think what you said was provocative.

Yeah, DJ has started that before... I just think her position is silly. I generally don't start that myself, since I know DJ's position... but if it comes up of course I'll say what I think.

Your comments on Metroid did not hurt me. The problem I have is that you went to great length to insult my opinions but never once said anything about it to me. Those kinds of actions do not resolve things, they only make them worse. Why can't you understand that?

The fact DJ didn't really respond truly shocks me...

The only times I have insulted someone was when a) they threw standard insults at me (like Darunia and his name-calling) or b) when the insulted me in a roundabout way (like you do).

When you're not in an arguement you always say stuff like that, but it just seems like you quickly start it up in almost every one...

So because I replied to your post about Bleaskstare it means that I really do care about the whole thing? I can respond to your comments about something without actually caring about the thing you are discussing. I really don't care who Bleakstare is.

Would you be happier if I were to completely ignore all posts relating to Bleakstare?

What... huh? Those are two completely different things I said, about different subjects...

The first one was saying how I didn't know how DJ could think that you didn't care anymore about DJ's opinion... DJ took your 'I won't bother with that annoying DJ' and made it into 'OB1 accepted my opinion'. Given all you've said on the subject I don't see how DJ could come to that conclusion...

And that second quote there (of mine) before your reply... I think you get it now, so nothing more needs to be said in this thread about that. :)
