I think the main problem is you and DJ have near-polar opposite views on this stuff. You say that you disrespect DJ because she won't argue, while DJ says that she doesn't like that part of her that says 'keep arguing'... I doubt those two viewpoints have much of a chance of reconciling.

No no, you don't understand. I'm perfectly fine with people that like to avoid conflict (and wish I could be more like them), but what DJ does is entirely different. She will start a debate or argument but then completely leave it, or she will talk about someone behind their back. It's a very low, spineless thing to do.
