First... the world of LttP is alright. Yes, it does look quite similar to the world in LA... its just that the lack of color in that game makes it seem less cartoonish. The DX version is a lot closer to LttP. Its the characters I guess... they're cartoonish. Oh, as I played it more they definitely grew on me... but I just think it goes a bit too far in that regard.

And Link looks like a freak and has that unexplainably strange sword-swing animation.
