Yes, as I said, I fully acknowledge that reaction TO terrorism would be reduced, but the attack itself is no more easy now than before, and likely harder due to the terrorist's lack of power. They might even die in a car crash before getting to the site of the attack in fact. I wonder how many killers on the way to kill someone have gotten in some horrible accident or been mauled by some animal before they could do said thing?
