They COULD just release the English version instantly in Europe and then only delay the other languages. What, is there some law around Europe that requires media to be released in all their languages at once or not at all?
The only thing NOE has in this whole thing would be some argument that these places have hurt their sales. That won't hold any water at all. You could argue that for anything, but who cares? Importing is fully legal, well to a degree, and it's fine so long as it's through the right channels. So long as both sides have no beef with the product leaving one country and entering the other, there can't possibly be any legal issues with it being SOLD after that. Now on the other hand, if it's actually illegal to import video games from us, like it's illegal to import most things from Cuba, then ya got something, but I hightly doubt that's the case.

Yeah, America does kinda get just plain ignored at times. Japan however gets EVERYTHING. Heck, just when you think there's a plus to our delays and some better version is released, Japan gets all those plusses in a new version PLUS even more added to it! Stuff specifically made for us as an alternative to some Japanese game later gets released there too! Doki Doki Panic was remade for us as SMB2, but then they had to release that in Japan as Super Mario USA, so they have both versions! It never ends.
