Nah, "you" may only be used in a very specific way. And saying "you" meaning "me" is horribly incorrect. However, there are some very psychological undertones to that bit of incorrect grammar... After all, why would one say a word that's longer and bad grammar like that, unless of course one wanted to give the illusion that their opinion was the popular one :D.
