I see... I've never won nor have I recruited any new characters, so no wonder I suck at it. :p Yeah, I'm sure once I get a skilled team, it won't be so hard. I figured it was just lack of experience. Unfortunately, if you have to win to get better, I don't have a very good chance. In the meantime, I'll just have to find skilled characters. Right now, the best character I've got is Tidus. I haven't even slightly altered the team since Tidus took over for Wakka. Rolleyes

    My winning team:

    Tidus: A given

Wakka: Yes Wakka! You can recruit him when he's standing on the bridge of the airship, for the laughable salary of merely 1 Gil per game.

Rin: The humble shopkeep makes one great midfielder, and he starts with the very useful Venom Pass II. You recruit him on the airship also.

Mep: A Monk of Yevon turned sports star! He hangs around Kilika Temple, and has great Blocking ability. To make him even more appealing, he comes equipped with the insanely useful Nap Pass III!

Botta: The only one of Aurochs I kept, he is a pretty effective defender.

Yuma Guado: You can find this guy in Guadosalam inside one of the houses. He is a great goalie, but his one disadvantage is you cannot teach him the technique Super Goalie.

I really never play Blitz until after I gather my whole team, that makes the inital games much easier once you have a more powerful team. With these guys, I'm totally untoppable in the Sphere Pool.

I've won the very first match you're forced to play against The Luca Goers. It's tough, but you get a Strength Sphere for your efforts!
The Earthworker Race has ended. Everybody wins.
