Geno, you should know that your players get more and more skillful as you win more and more. It's those first few wins that are the toughest. Don't forget to find people who want to be on your team. Weird thing to just go out into the open and ask people "wanna be on some sports team?", but hey, it's an RPG world. It does rely on skill as things go on, especially for the first matches. Once you really get decent players, you can very well become unstoppable.
