You don't know its 60. You think it is, but don't know. As DJ said, IGN itsself (Framerate-watchers Inc.) said that its 30 and stutters sometimes on the DC! Will you say IGN is lying, and its acutually a smooth 60?

There is a very big difference between 30 and 60 fps. You just can't notice it. And if IGN ever said that about Sonic's framerate, they were mistaken. The DC site did have a few idiotic editors, after all.
