Just upping my post count here, but I do understand that there is a lot of music that truthfully can't be found legally. I have over 5 GBs of videogame music that would be impossible to actually go out and buy, even if I did happen to live in Japan. In that case I can certainly see going to Kazaa. I just don't like the people who fill up their harddrives with music that can easily be bought in stores or online.
