Yes I have, but I can pretty much gurantee that wouldn't have worked. Why would I ever type in the phrase "video game online comic"? The idea of a comic online alone would be foreign until I saw one. Search engines today, like Google, ARE much better than ever before (though I have VERY bad luck no matter what search engine I use, as I just can't find what I'm looking for and instead find everything with those keywords, but NOT the actual thing, most of the time). However, the past? Search engines like old web crawler and old alta vista? Pfft, never would have found anythign like GameFAQs using those. I depend on links far more than search engines since even now with the improvements they have, they still suck. So don't say I should have found ONE specifc site with a search engine. That's pretty much impossible unless you have actually already been to the site (thus negating the need for a search engine in the first place) and know exactly what combination of words would only be found on that site.
