I highly doubt that there is any major gaming company which actually challenges China openly, their business, and the hardware made there, is unfortunately too important.  Blizzard did a few questionable things a few years ago, sure, but there are negative things that could be said about any major gaming or tech company.  In some ways Acti-Blizz's are worse (their harassment scandal) but hopefully they aren't doing that stuff anymore...

As for Blizzard and China though, right now you actually can't play most Blizzard games in China, their distributor there ended their distribution agreement this January and I don't think they have found a new distributor.
