For one correction, when I said that the PS5 running PS4 games has the same load times as the PS4, that's a bit off -- it has the same load times as a PS4/PS4 Pro with a SSD hard drive in it. PS5 load times are significantly improved over standard PS4 load times with a regular hard drive, but there are no improvements over a setup where someone has replaced their PS4 hard drive with an SSD. In comparison, the Xbox Series X does improve load times on top of just adding a SSD, and it does so significantly in many cases. The PS5 may well win in next-gen load times, but for BC the XS is better by a good margin.
As for what you said, for the price, the XSX is a solid value, good luck building a computer that powerful for that cheap! You won't be able to do it. It would cost a lot more. And you'd need more power for equivalent performance since games can't be as optimized on PC.
I mean yes obviously the PC is the bestter platform overall, but I think that there is a place for both PC and consoles still.
