I'm using a Geforce 430. Everyone out there says it's a bad idea, but it was cheap and actually works VERY well. If you want to spend a little more money, then get something a little furtherup the line. Look for a video card that's fully board powered rather than needing a seperate power plug straight from the power supply. That said, 600 watts should be enough.
