A-Channel doesn't have any more fanservice than Lucky Star did, which is to say that outside of maybe one or two scenes in particular there's really not much at all.
A bit off tangent, but much of the problem with fanserive in modern anime is the way such things are presented [essentially, panty shots and cleavage and whatnot are shoved as close to the viewer as possible and given as much detail as possible]. A-Channel, and Lucky Star, don't present what little fanservice there is in such a manner, thankfully.
